Return Policy
1. Digital Products (e.g., Ant Colony Starter Guide)
All digital products sold by SnE Ants are non-refundable. Due to the nature of downloadable content, all sales are final once the product has been delivered or accessed.
If you experience technical issues accessing your file, please contact us at sneants@gmail.com, and we’ll work to resolve the problem promptly.
2. Physical Products (if applicable)
If you purchased physical items such as test tubes, starter kits, or ant farm accessories, you may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:
✅ Eligible Returns:
Item(s) must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging
Return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery
Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required
❌ Non-Returnable Items:
Opened or used items
Perishable (e.g., sunburst nectar) or live insect-related goods (e.g., live ants, feeders)
Items marked as Final Sale
📦 Return Process:
Email sneants@gmail.comwith your order number and reason for return
If approved, we will provide return shipping instructions
Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect
Once the return is received and inspected, refunds (minus shipping) will be processed within 7 business days.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sneants@gmail.com. Please include photos of the damage and packaging.
We’ll either replace the item or issue a refund, depending on stock availability and severity of the issue.
4. Chargebacks & Disputes
We strongly encourage you to reach out to us first before initiating a dispute through your payment provider. Most issues can be quickly and fairly resolved directly with us.
